Gerry Sullivan is a partner and co-founder in Priiva Consulting Corporation. Since 1995, he has been involved the delivery of corporate strategy based upon game theory principles. Prior to the founding of Priiva, Gerry was the founding President and CEO of Open Options Corporations. Gerry has been a principal in hundreds of game theory engagements relating to mergers & acquisitions, competitive positioning, alliance development, labor-management negotiations, government regulations, litigation, and environmental issues.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Sullivan was on the faculty of Chemical Engineering at the University of Waterloo. His research specialty was large-scale process optimization and control, and he has authored many research publications and consulted widely. Gerry was educated at the University of Waterloo (BASc) and Imperial College of Science and Technology, London, England (PhD 1977, Chemical Engineering). He is also a graduate of Stanford University's Executive Business Program (1992).

Gerry has had a history of service on boards of public and private organizations including the University of Waterloo, and many early stage high technology companies.
Dan Pringle is a partner and co-founder in Priiva Consulting Corporation. Previously, Dan was responsible for the development of key client partnerships in addition to his responsibilities managing the growth of game theory applications. Dan has been a principal in hundreds of game theory engagements relating to mergers & acquisitions, competitive positioning, alliance development, labor-management negotiations, government regulations, litigation, and environmental issues.

Dan has an extensive background in corporate finance and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University. Earlier in his career, Dan spent several years involved in the financing of technology companies. Most recently, he was an Investment Manager for Innovation Ontario Corporation, a venture capital fund targeted at early stage technology companies. Dan has served on the boards of several organizations and was a founding member and director of the Communitech Accelerator Network, a Waterloo organization that brokers strategic advice and investment to earlier stage, fast-growth companies.
Dave Taketa is a Principal at Priiva Consulting Corporation. Dave has over 16 years experience applying business management and decision science methodologies. He has conducted major decision support projects in the U.S., Europe, and Asia-Pacific, from focused multi-million dollar technical design trade-offs to complex, multi-billion dollar corporate business strategy initiatives. A number of these projects included game theory as an integrated solution.

Dave began his career with a successful 20-year engineering track at General Motors Corporation. His technical experience began as design engineer for state-of-art test instrumentation, moving to emissions test facilities design, and then into various operational management positions. He progressed to senior project manager positions in GM's advanced technology development centers before moving on to business decision science.

Dave holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Behavior & Industrial Relations from the University of Michigan. Dave also has a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Engineering (Applied) Physics from the University of Michigan.
Cecil Shewchuk is a consultant in Priiva Consulting Corporation. He has been involved in the founding, development, and management of several advanced technology companies that utilize modelling and simulation software. These have included Sacda Inc., Ek3 Technologies, Decision Dynamics and Open Models Incorporated. Cecil has considerable domestic and international business experience as a senior executive in a number of large advanced technology companies such as Honeywell International and Aspen Technologies and as the principal of his consultant practice for numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Dr. Shewchuk is an adjunct professor in the faculty of Chemical Engineering at the University of Western Ontario. His research specialty has been non-linear system modelling, optimization and simulation, and he has authored many research publications and industrial presentations. Cecil was educated at the University of Saskatchewan (BESc) and Cambridge University, England (PhD, Chemical Engineering).

Bill Forquer is a Principal at Priiva Consulting Corporation. Previously, in his 11- year executive tenure at Open Text Corporation, Bill led a variety of strategic, marketing, alliance, and new product/market initiatives as the company grew from $60M to $1B in revenue. This included applying game theory to market and competitive analysis. Bill was instrumental in defining and shaping the market category “Enterprise Content Management”. Bill began his career at Battelle Laboratories developing library and litigation software that subsequently spun-off to become Information Dimensions. Bill then worked independently for two years on logistics and litigation software applications before returning to Information Dimensions where he ultimately became CEO. Information Dimensions was acquired by Open Text in 1998.

Bill holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics Education and a M.S. degree in Computer & Information Science, both from The Ohio State University. Bill is an active member of TechColumbus, an organization committed to economic development of technology business in Central Ohio; a member of The Ohio Tech Angels Fund, an angel fund that invests in technology startups in Ohio; and active in Soap Box Derby racing with his children.
